Directions for Use:

Drink one or more cups daily, whenever you want to relax away the cares of the day.†

For 8 oz cup of brewed tea: Measure 1 level teaspoon (more or less if you prefer) into a teapot, infuser or paper filter bag. Bring water to a boil, pour over tea and brew for 3 to 5 minutes. Sweeten lightly if desired, but it is not recommended to add milk.
